Peanut Paneer

Peanut Paneer is good source of protein especially for children as it helps in growth, muscle building and wear and tear of tissues. Apart from protein it also have good levels of vitamins, minerals, calcium and phosphorous that provides better and healthy nutrients for growth of bones, stronger teeth and brain amongst kids. Ingredients

  • Paneer – 250 gms
  • Roasted peanuts – 1 cup
  • Onion chopped – 2
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder – 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Sabzi masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Natutraa Groundnut oil – 3 tbsp

Preparation

  • Step 1

    To a grinding jar, add roasted peanuts, and 1 cup of water and grind it to a fine paste. Keep it aside.
  • Step 2

    Add Naturaa Groundnut oil to the cooking pot and let it heat a bit.
  • Step 3

    Add cumin seeds and chopped onion and sauté it for 3 min or until golden brown.
  • Step 4

    Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 min. Then add all the powder masala – red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, sabzi masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 1 min.
  • Step 5

    Now add the ground peanut paste to the masala mixture and mix well. Cook for 5-6 min by stirring it continuously until the oil gets separated.
  • Step 6

    Add 1 cup water, paneer cubes, and fresh cream. Mix well and cook for 3 min.
  • Step 7

    Finally, garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • Step 8

    Serve hot peanut paneer with roti or rice.
