Spicy Chicken Salad : How to make it

This spicy chicken salad recipe is a flavorful and healthy dish that combines tender baked chicken with fresh vegetables and a delicious sesame oil dressing.

Spicy Chicken Salad


  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 head of lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • For the dressing:
  • 3 tbsp Naturaa sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 garlic clove, minced


  • Step 1

    Preheat your oven to 375°F. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked. Once done, let them cool and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 2

    In a bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and red onion
  • Step 3

    In a small bowl, whisk together the Naturaa sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, chili flakes, and minced garlic until well combined.
  • Step 4

    Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and toss to combine. Add the sliced chicken and sesame seeds, then give it a final toss
  • Step 5

    Serve and enjoy your Spicy Chicken Salad with Sesame Oil Dressing!
