Italian Avocado and Coconut Crostini

Avocado and Coconut Crostini


  • Avocado slices-32
  • Naturaa Coconut Oil – 1tsp
  • French bread slices – 8
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  • Grated coconut – 8 tsp
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt to taste


  • Step 1

    Place the french bread slices on greased baking tray and apply a little Naturaa Coconut oil on each bread slice
  • Step 2

    Bake those in a preheated oven at 200 C for 15mins or till they turn light brown
  • Step 3

    Cool completely and arrange 4 avocado slices on each toasted bread slice
  • Step 4

    Put 1/4 tsp lemon juice, a little chili flakes, and salt on each toast
  • Step 5

    Serve immediately garnished with 1 tsp of coconut on each toast
