Cheese Corn Tikki


  • Corn (boiled)1 cup
  • Potatoes (boiled)- 1 large
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Coriander (finely chopped)1 tsp
  • Garam masala1 pinch
  • Cheese cubes (grated)8-10
  • Naturaa groundnut oil –1 cup
  • Green chilies
  • Salt


  • Step 1

    Take a big bowl and mix potato, corn, lemon juice, coriander, chilies, salt, and garam masala.
  • Step 2

    Make small balls with the mix.
  • Step 3

    Make a depression in the balls and place a portion of grated cheese inside. Seal it back again and flatten it.
  • Step 4

    Take a non-stick tava and heat the Naturaa groundnut oil.
  • Step 5

    Place the corn tikki and cook until golden brown.
  • Step 6

    Serve hot.
