Oats Dosa

Ingredients

  • Cooking rolled oats – 1/4 cup
  • Whole wheat flour1/4 cup
  • Jowar (white millet) flour – 1/4 cup
  • Chopped onion1/4 cup
  • Chopped tomato – 1/4 cup
  • Ginger-green chili paste –  1tsp
  • Chopped coriander –  2tbsp
  • Naturaa groundnut oil –  3tsp

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add apprx 3/4 cup water and mix well to make a thick batter
  • Step 2

    Heat a non-stick tava and graese it lightly using 1/4tsp of Naturaa groundnut oil
  • Step 3

    Pour a ladle full of batter on the tava and spread in a circular motion
  • Step 4

    Cook on a slow flame till it turns golden brown in colour on both the sides using 1/4tsp of Naturaa groundnut oil
  • Step 5

    Serve it hot
